Early Access Version of Call of Duty® | Modern Warfare II is available to preload from today, Those who have already pre-registered for it can pre-load the game from 19th October, as it will launch globally on 28 October 2022. The game will be the successor to its previous version with more realistic graphics and customization

If you've already pre-ordered the game, you'll have access to Early Access, the campaign for Early Access will start at 10am on October 20th, but you can preload the game on October 19th. These players can play alongside the players of Task Force 141.
